As a one-person team, I lovingly create, package, and ship every order myself — so please allow a little extra time for your goodies to be prepared to perfection. 💕

Processing Time

  • It may take me up to a week to get to your order, but once it’s baked, I’ll ship it out right away so it arrives perfectly fresh and ready to enjoy.

  • During busy times (like holidays), processing may take a little longer — thank you for your patience and support for my small business!

Shipping Time

  • All orders are shipped via Royal Mail 24-Hour Tracked for fast and reliable delivery.

  • You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order is on its way.

  • Delivery typically takes 1–2 business days after dispatch.

Damaged or Missing Orders
While I’m not liable for issues caused during shipping, I still want to support you if something goes wrong. If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t show up, please contact me at thesweetretreatcompany@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery (or the expected delivery date), including your order number and photos of the issue. I’ll do my best to find a solution!
